The Gulch is a $400 million dollar brownfield infill development in the heart of Downtown Nashville.  Redevelopment efforts are underway and include residential, office, and retail uses.  The Gulch is the first LEED ND certified project in the South and one of the first 10 projects certified in the United States.

Penterra

Project

Middlesex County, PA

Penterra is a large scale conservation community in rural Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The plan incorporates a town center ,numerous product types and an extensive open space network. The design is intended to be a ‘rural’ TND, conserving open space and following the natural curves of the land with a loose street hierarchy and appropriately sized lots.
